Fan Fiction - A Dreamer Archive

» Submissions «

Since this is "A Dreamer Archive" I think it's clear what kind of stories we want for the site, there are exceptions but those are up to Bixie and I. We are looking for stories that have Dreamer written all over it, either canon or AU doesn't matter.

What does matter though is to whom you send your story/stories for sumbission.

Stories that are canon or are AU but with aliens are to be submitted to me.

Stories that are totally AU are to be submitted to Bixie.

If the majority of your stories are for instance AU you can send all your stories to Bixie and the same goes for the other way around, if the majority of your stories are canon you can send everything to me.

Something you need to keep in mind though is that we only accept stories that have a Happy Ending. WIP's (works in progress) are accepted on the condition that they are regularly updated, if not we reserve the right to remove the story from the site. Also if you have questions don't hesitate to contact either one of us.

Please keep in mind that stories that are submitted properly formatted and error-free usually get archived right away, because they're easy. If your story however doesn't meet the minimum standards, and/or needs to be re-formatted, then it will take more time. So it's up to you how fast your stories are up on the site.

Minimum requirements your story needs to meet:

Story Header:
- Story Title
- Author Name
- Rating - for ratinginfo click here
- Category
- Author E-mail Address
- Disclaimer
- Summary (All stories must have a summary.)

Please put a space between each new paragraph and do not indent paragraphs. When reading of a computerscreen this is easier on the eyes.

While coding a story it's not our intention to play for editor, that's not our task. Obvious typos might be corrected but that's about it. If there is an abundance of errors, it is not suitable for archiving. So please use spellcheck on your story before you submit it. Suggested also is to make use of a beta-reader. Stories that are quite obviously riddled with spelling errors will not be archived.

A guide to do's and don'ts for fanfic can be found here, DangerMom's Handy-Dandy Grammar Guide.

No Real Person Fic. This means stories in which real people such as actors or celebrities play a role in the story. Mentioning a movie or show with an actor is acceptable interaction with said actor is not.

NOTE: We reserve the right to make a decision as to which stories are archived here. If we feel that they do not meet this site's criteria, they will not be archived. Thank you.
